HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

We cannot make online exchanges. If you need another product, you will have to make a new purchase on our website, and follow the return procedure with the item you want to return, so that we can process the refund.

 HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A RETURN?

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your purchase to make a refund. This date will be the one stated on the delivery note.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You can manage the return by following these steps:

  • Send an email to info@cotash.com informing them that you are going to proceed with a full or partial refund of an order. You must indicate the order number and the reasons for the refund.
  • Print and include your order confirmation email (with order number) in your package.
  • Package the item to be returned in its original packaging and include the printed confirmation email. We will send a carrier to collect the order from the delivery address of the initial order.
  • Once we have received the shipment, we will begin the refund process using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Costs

Cotash is not responsible for the costs of the return (except in the case of an error on our part or in the case of a defect), but we will help manage it at all times.

In Spain and Portugal, the cost of the return will be €7.95 for each order returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

In the rest of the areas, the return has a cost that will be deducted from the refund of the order. You can check the cost of the return from your country by sending an email to info@cotash.com, when you are completing the procedure. Additionally, if customs charges apply, these will be borne by the customer.

Refund of the amount

Cotash will proceed to refund the amount paid once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

We cannot cancel or modify the order once the purchase has been made and confirmed. The return procedure must be followed when the order arrives at the delivery address.

CAN I CHANGE, RETURN OR CANCEL A CUSTOM ORDER?

Changes or returns of personalized orders will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed. The cancellation of an order containing personalized products will also not be accepted.

CAN I EXCHANGE, RETURN OR CANCEL AN OUTLET ORDER?

Orders for products on sale due to stock clearance reported as “stock or outlet sale” do not allow changes or returns.

Please remember that the items are under your responsibility until the package is delivered to our courier. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, as well as with all its accessories and labels. It is very important to keep the packaging, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is returned well protected. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions or have been used will not be accepted.

Once the product has been received in our warehouse, and after your approval that the product has been received in perfect condition, you will receive your refund.

In the event that the item has any type of defect or flaw, the time to communicate it via email at info@cotash.com is 24/48 hours from the time the order is received. After checking it, we will proceed to collect the defective item and send a new one in perfect condition. If we do not have stock of said product for replacement, the order will be refunded in full.
